In 2021, a sleepy patch of idle land woke up to a new story. The fields had been dreaming for over a year when we arrived — hearts full of plans (and just a touch of stubborn magic). I whispered big ideas to the wind… and gently pulled my wonderful husband Troy along on the adventure.
Since then, our little homestead has blossomed! We turned 6 lonely fruit trees into a cheerful orchard of 55. Berry patches appeared like happy surprises, two big gardens grew lush and wild, and this year raised beds joined the fairy circle.
We grow everything with love and care — no harsh chemicals, just neem oil, gifts from our animals, and plenty of sunshine. When the garden rests, I wander the land foraging wild treasures: river grapes, violets, blackberries, hawthorn, mullein, goldenrod, wild roses, and more. These become our small-batch herbal remedies and goodies.
This farm is our joyful hobby and part-time labor of love while we both work full-time jobs.
